Cancellation Policy
All Brawn orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once placed, as we begin fulfillment right away to ensure fast delivery. Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility - To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For defective or damaged products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@brawnclothing.com to arrange a replacement or receive a 6-month credit note. All exchanges are subject to product availability and our exchange policy terms.
2. Exchange Accepted - We accept size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@brawnclothing.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached - within 10 days of your exchange request being approved. Please note this policy applies only to size exchanges and cannot be used to exchange for different products or colors. All sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for exchanges.
3. Exchange Not Accepted - We do not accept exchanges for color variations (up to 10% difference due to screen displays and lighting conditions), material preferences, or customized items. All our products are crafted with premium materials as clearly described in our product details. We strongly advise reviewing all specifications, images, and descriptions carefully before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
4. Exchange Process - To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@brawnclothing.com within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for exchange. All items must be returned unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover delivery of your replacement.
Please note: Exchanges require pre-approval - any items sent without authorization cannot be accepted. For the best fit, we strongly recommend consulting our detailed size guide or contacting our team for personalized sizing advice before ordering. Defective items must be reported within 3 days with supporting photos and unboxing videos. Approved exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Final sale items and customized pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
Final Sale & Hygiene Policy
For health and safety reasons, all innerwear (including sports bras, leggings, socks), personal care items (towels, handkerchiefs, shakers), and sale/discounted products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
