Return & Refund Policy
At Brawn, we take pride in crafting premium activewear designed to exceed your expectations. While we rigorously quality-check every product, we understand occasional returns may be needed. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free when requirements are met.
Return Policy
We accept returns exclusively for incorrect or defective items to ensure the highest quality standards. To qualify, customers must report wrong items or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@brawnclothing.com with their order number, supporting photos and 360 degrees unboxing video evidence.
Approved returns for our errors include prepaid return shipping, while all items must be returned unused in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, sale items, or hygiene-sensitive products like innerwear (sports bras, leggings, swimsuits, swimming accessories, socks etc) and personal care items (towels, handkerchiefs, shakers etc).
Please note: Returns require pre-approval; any items sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we process refunds within 3 business days and send email confirmation upon completion. For credit/debit card or digital wallet payments, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, we offer credit note as the exclusive refund option which will be valid for 6 months from the date of refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all refunds are issued in INR.
